WINDEA Offshore USA is designed as a single point of contact for offshore wind customers in the United States. The company is a joint venture between MidOcean Wind LLC, CT, USA and WINDEA Offshore GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, Germany.
The partners bring together best in class teams with significant experience in the roles required to solve the complex components of U.S. wind farm projects. WINDEA Offshore USA represents a full suite of services for construction support and O&M activities for the U.S. offshore wind industry. The partners are combining U.S. local content, years of Jones Act compliant ship owning/operating experience and significant track record for a wide range of high-quality services in German and European offshore wind projects.
WINDEA Offshore USA mirrors the efforts of the established German entity WINDEA Offshore. The German company is a joint venture of three established and family-owned companies, Bernhard Schulte Offshore, Buss Offshore Solutions, and Ems Maritime Offshore. It provides a full suite of services for construction support and O&M activities.

Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV)
- a series of 5 Incat Crowther 30m Catamaran CTVs (2 in operation, 3 under construction)
